As artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly integrated into nursing education and clinical practice, the ethical situations encountered by nursing students are becoming more complex. This narrative review explored the concept and associated factors of moral sensitivity among nursing students, as well as ethical issues and directions for nursing education in the AI era. Moral sensitivity was characterized as a multidimensional professional competence that involves recognizing ethical issues, responding with empathy, and translating such awareness into ethical judgment and action, and was associated with individual, experiential, and environmental factors. Major ethical issues in the AI era included algorithmic bias, data privacy, explainability and accountability, human-centered care, and academic integrity. Based on this synthesis, moral sensitivity in the AI era was interpreted as an expanded professional competence that involves critically examining the biases and limitations of AI, considering patients’ values and contexts, and maintaining human-centered judgment and professional responsibility. Nursing education should therefore integrate AI ethics with digital literacy and strengthen case-based learning and reflection.

인공지능(Artificial Intelligence, AI)의 활용이 간호교육과 임상실무로 확대되면서 간호대학생이 경험하는 윤리적 상황도 복잡해지고 있다. 본고는 내러티브 문헌고찰을 통해 간호대학생의 도덕적 민 감성의 개념과 관련요인, AI 시대의 윤리적 쟁점과 간호교육의 방향을 탐색하였다. 도덕적 민감성은 윤리적 문제를 인식하고 공감하여 윤리적 판단과 실천으로 연결하는 다차원적 전문역량이며, 개인적· 경험적·환경적 요인과 관련되어 있었다. AI 시대에는 알고리즘 편향, 개인정보보호, 설명가능성과 책임 소재, 인간중심 돌봄, 학문적 진실성 등이 주요 윤리적 쟁점으로 제시되었다. 이를 토대로 AI 시대의 도덕적 민감성을 AI의 편향과 한계를 비판적으로 검토하고 환자의 가치와 맥락을 고려하여 인간중심의 판단과 전문적 책임을 유지하는 확장된 전문역량으로 해석하였다. 간호교육에서는 AI 윤리와 디지털 리터러시를 연계하고 사례 기반 학습과 성찰을 강화할 필요가 있다.
