This paper explains the Korean Noblesse Oblige spirit. The higher the social quality, the more requirement the Noblesse Oblige spirit. It is a problem that there is not the spirit of the Noblesse Oblige that can represent Korean society. Although the Noblesse Oblige seems to have originated and developed in the Western culture, we can find out the Korean Noblesse Oblige spirit in the Korean history. The spirits of Korean-type Noblesse Oblige were in the Goryeo Dynasty and the Chosun Dynasty, even in the millennial kingdom of Silla. Through this paper, the study of the Korean-type Noblesse Oblige spirit will be developed. And the related study will be continued so that the Korean social quality will be improved. I hope the spirit of the Korean-type Noblesse Oblige will be expanded in the Korean society.

본 논문은 한국형 노블리스 오블리주에 대해서 설명하고 있다. Social quality가 높은 국가일수록 노블리스 오블리주 정신이 발달된 곳이다. 현재 한국 사회에서 한국 사회지도층에게 대표할 수 있는 노블리스 오블리 주 정신이 없는 것이 문제이다. 노블리스 오블리주가 마치 서양에서 생겨나고 발달된 것으로 보이지만 오천 년의 역사를 자랑하는 한국의 역사에서 노블리스 오블리주 정신이 없었다면 이미 이민족의 역사에 흡수되 었을 것이다. 한국의 역사를 살펴보면, 신라의 천년 왕국과 국제 무역국가를 이룬 고려시대와 조선 오백년 의 역사 속에서 한국형 노블리스 오블리주 정신이 살아 있었다. 본 논문에서는 신라의 화랑정신, 고려의 귀 족정신, 조선의 선비정신을 대표적으로 살펴보고 있다. 이를 통해서 한국형 노블리스 오블리주 정신에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이어지고 사례들이 개발되어서 한국 사회의 계층별 위화감이 사라지고 다른 국가들이 부러워하고 배우고 싶어할 노블리스 오블리주 정신이 자리잡기를 바란다.
